We reach

We travel to the heart of remote villages and underserved areas where access to specialist care is scarce. Our mobile clinic is equipped to assess and diagnose neurological disorders on-site, reducing travel, cost, and delay in seeking care.

We Teach

We believe awareness is the first step towards prevention and treatment. Our team conducts regular health education sessions, addressing stroke risk factors, epilepsy awareness, lifestyle changes, medication adherence, and dispelling myths and stigma around neurological illnesses.

We Treat

With compassion and expertise, we provide free consultations, initiate treatment protocols, supply medications when available, and refer patients for further care if needed. We also offer telemedicine follow-ups and digital tools like mobile apps for epilepsy and stroke management.

Bridging Gaps, Building Hope: The Journey of Neurology on Wheels

Welcome to Neurology on Wheels – where care meets compassion and knowledge drives transformation.

As a neurologist working in a semi-urban district of South India, I have witnessed firsthand the immense challenges faced by patients in rural and underserved areas—lack of access, delayed diagnoses, and limited awareness about neurological disorders. These barriers often lead to preventable suffering and disability.

In 2015, I founded Neurology on Wheels with a simple yet profound mission: “We Reach, We Teach, We Treat.” This mobile initiative was born out of a desire to bridge the urban-rural divide in neurological care. We drive to the heart of villages, bringing essential medical services, educational sessions, and hope to people who have been left behind by the traditional healthcare system.

Over the years, we’ve screened thousands of patients for stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, migraine, and other neurological conditions. We’ve empowered communities through awareness campaigns, educated caregivers, and trained health workers to identify early warning signs.

Every kilometer we travel is a step closer to our vision of a neurologically healthy India.

Neurology on Wheels is not just a project—it is a movement. It stands as a testimony to what is possible when medicine meets mission.

Thank you for visiting our website and joining us on this journey. Together, let’s drive change—one village at a time.

Warm regards,
